This project in Omaha’s historic Dundee neighborhood involved a full exterior transformation, combining custom brickwork and stone details throughout the property. The goal was to create defined entry points, clean transitions, and durable surfaces that fit naturally within the character of the neighborhood.
We began by removing the existing fence and installing new concrete footings to support a custom brick perimeter fence and columns. The columns were finished with hand-carved stone inlays and stone caps, along with custom quoins featuring a carved “K” to personalize the design. Each section was carefully laid and cleaned to highlight the detail in the brick and stone.
The project also included a brick paver-bordered concrete driveway with ribbon inlays, updated sidewalks with brick accents, and a circular patio framed by a cobblestone retaining wall and flagstone cap. Each feature tied together to create a cohesive look while maintaining solid base preparation and structural support beneath the surface.
